Accommodation and local transport
We have made arrangements with a number of hotels in Lausanne in different price ranges. The
Starling Hotel is located next to EPFL Campus, while the rest of the hotels are located in the centre of
Lausanne, carefully selected to provide easy public transportation to EPFL. In all hotels there are a
limited number of rooms pre-booked until 1st of May 2013.

Starling Hotel
Pre-booking of up to 12 rooms at a special rate at Starling Hotel, the closest to EPFL Building BC
(approximately 100 meters , has been arranged. The special price for a single room is 160 CHF per
night, incl. VAT, service and breakfast.
Rooms are available until 10th May 2013 and reservations can be made by sending an e-mail to

guarantee of reservation.

Hôtel Alagare

(approximately 45 minutes from the Meeting place, has been arranged. The special price for a single
