Test Conditions: A 20 µl sample of cells was transformed with 0.2 ng (1 µl) of test plasmid
according to the accompanying protocol. When plated in the presence of 50
µg/ml carbenicillin and 12.5 µg/ml tetracycline, the mixture produced >2.0 x 106
colonies/µg plasmid.
