Surface Guard is the one-step solution to problems

Defacer Eraser® Sacrificial Coating SC-1 is a clear,
water-based sacrificial coating for control of graffiti
on most building surfaces.
SC-1 acts as a graffiti barrier, preventing spray
paints, crayons and ink from penetrating and
staining the underlying surface. Graffiti is removed
from protected surfaces by high-pressure hot water,
Defacer Eraser® Graffiti Wipe or Sure Klean® Fast
Acting Stripper.
The coating must then be reapplied to restore the
graffiti barrier. SC-1 allows cost-effective control
of chronic graffiti without chemical strippers or
abrasives that can damage building surfaces or
the surrounding environment. It allows protection
of limited areas and spot reapplication without a
noticeable change in overall color or appearance.
The coating is formulated as a water-thin liquid for
spray application to porous and textured surfaces.
Other uses due to the easy reversibility of SC-1
make the coating a suitable masking agent for
many commercial and industrial applications requiring temporary protection against over spray of
paint and other spray applied materials. SC-1 is an
ideal maintenance coating for areas of commercial
buildings that are difficult to keep clean. Protect
trash enclosures, loading docks, landscape walls
and other areas exposed to regular mud splash or
other staining. Periodic washing with hot water restores a like-new appearance. The surface can
then be reprotected for another maintenance cycle.

Growth of bacteria, fungi, algae, lichens, and
mosses disfigures and degrades many types of construction materials. BioWash® is a highly efficient
alternative to aggressive cleaners traditionally
used on interior and exterior masonry, stone and
tile surfaces. BioWash® helps remove a broad spectrum of biological deposits from vertical or horizontal masonry, stone and tile surfaces. BioWash®
can also be applied safely to nonmasonry substrates such as wood, painted surfaces, metal,
plastic and glass. Simply dilute with clean water
as directed, and apply BioWash® to the surface.
A short contact time, gentle scrubbing and a water
rinse are normally enough to remove light-tomoderate deposits of fungi, algae, lichen and

Sure Klean® 600 Detergent is a general purpose,
concentrated acidic cleaner for brick, tile and

green vanadium stains commonly found in buff or

surface hardeners. This deeply penetrating lithium
silicate/colloidal silica treatment penetrates and

conventional hardeners which deposit high
concentrations of sodium or potassium salts,
Consolideck® LS/CS contains lithium – the only
chemical element known to suppress ASR (alkali
