All Rights Reserved. 2015-2016 FSAA guidelines Who should administer the 2016 FSAA? • The student’s special education teacher should administer the assessment. • If this is not possible, the assessment administrator must be a certified teacher or other licensed professional who has worked extensively with the student and is trained in the new assessment procedures. Monroe Numbers of teachers/students: We are in the process of training a total of 25 to 30 teachers district wide.
