2016 FALL RECREATIONAL SOCCER PROGRAM

Register today – registration closes before practices begin (mid-August).
Our Fall Recreational program emphasizes soccer skill development and fun through game
play and practice sessions. Open to all children in Pre-K through 8th grade.
Age Divisions:
o “USA”: Pre-K and K. Players must be 4 years old by Dec. 1, 2016. Co-ed teams.
o “North American” (NA): Players entering Grades 1 & 2 in the Fall. Co-ed teams.
o “South American” (SA): Players entering Grades 3 & 4. Boys-only/Girls-only teams.
o “European” (Euro): Players entering Grades 5 & 6. Boys-only/Girls-only teams.
o “World”: Players entering Grades 7 & 8. Co-ed teams.
Dates and Times: **Due to increase enrollment and in order to safely accommodate all
divisions we are moving USA Division to Sunday**

USA Division: 6 weeks of play on Sundays, beginning Sept. 18. No weekly
practices. **Games will be played on Sundays– no games start before 1pm on Sundays
NA, SA, Euro Divisions: 8 weeks of play on Saturdays, beginning Sept. 10. Weekly
practices at coach’s discretion.
World Division: 7 weeks of play on Sundays, beginning Sept 11. No games start before
1pm on Sundays. Weekly practices at coach’s discretion.
ALL DIVISIONS: Game start times may vary week-to-week, depending on
schedule.
Location: All games to be played at the North Colonie Sports Complex (Boght Road)
LCSC is a volunteer-based organization; Teams are coached by volunteers – interested
parents should indicate this by registering themselves (for free!) when they register
their players (or at any time). Basic soccer training will be provided to coaches.
Registration fee includes full uniform (t-shirt and soccer ball for USA division) and
participation award.

Register now for Fall 2016 season!
Dear Parents/Guardians,
Latham Circle TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a program designed
to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any boy or girl with
special needs, ages 4-21. Our goal is to enable young athletes with special needs
to become valued and successful members of the US Youth Soccer family.
The program will begin on Saturday, 9/10/16. Program dates
are; 9/10/16, 9/17/16, 9/24/16, 10/01/16, Off Columbus Day
Weekend (10/08/16), 10/22/16, 10/29/16. The program will run
from 10:00AM to 11:00AM and be held at the North Colonie
Sports Complex on Boght Road – We will be on the top field next
to the pavilion.
Registration is now open at www.lathamsoccer.org. Each
player will receive a soccer uniform and a participation award.
Cost is $20.00 per player. Please register online.
