VertiDrive M3 Vacuum
The VertiDrive M3 vacuum hydro-blasting robot is designed for closed in hydro-blasting operations on
vertical, horizontal and/or overhead steel surfaces.
All the water and removed paint, rust flakes and dirt is being collected by means of a vacuum system.
Inside the blast-can a self rotating nozzle bar with 8 nozzles (rotation speed of approx 3000 rpm, a water
pressure up to 3000 bar with 20 ltrs / min) ensure a clean and effective result.
The machine adheres to the wall by a magnetic drive assembly and can move independently. There is no
need for crane assistance or ‘cherry pickers’. The wireless remote control ensures operators safety and
continuous operation.
VertiDrive offers a 20 cm wide titanium self rotating nozzle bar equipped with 8 sapphire nozzles.
The safety winch system is specially designed to carry the weight of the suction and high pressure hoses.
This enables the M3 vacuum robot to manoeuvre easily at any height.
The VertiDrive M3 vacuum is remotely controlled for operator safety, comfort and productivity.
