Hub Bub is revolutionary

What's the Hub Bub all
about?
Hubbub is a revolutionary new business located 100 East Main
Street on the historic
downtown Neosho
square, which was presented the fifth ever
Grow Neosho Award
from the Neosho Area
Business & Industrial
Foundation, Inc. (NABIFI) on Friday.
"Not only are we celebrating a local business,
we're actually celebrating
a local start-up business
that in my opinion is
blazing a new trail here
in terms of space utilization and facility utilization," expressed Mike
Franks, NABIFI CEO.
"Hubbub-dot-work is
revolutionary co-work
concept invented by John
Howsmon and based in
Neosho, Missouri. Hubbub-dot-work combines
flexible. multi-format
work and meeting spaces
with a suite of business
services including broadband internet access,
printing, office supplies
and food and beverage
service, with a web-based
digital platform capable
of providing on-demand
24-7 access from any cell
phone. In short, Hubbub-dot-com marries
technology and work
space to create seamless
mobile access to highly
productive co-work environments."
Howsmon and wife
Suzi, made a success of
Sam's Cellar after opening the bar and restaurant in the basement of
the building on the corner of Spring and Wood
streets 10 years ago; and
Howsmon hopes to enjoy

new adjoining business,
which he said is a great
use of what was unused
space until now.
"The upper levels have
been under-utilized for
10 years," Howsmon began. "And in my day job I
sell contract office furniture - I help clients identify space and how to
leverage that space to
make it more productive
and more efficient. Over
the years, I've noticed a
change in how people
work; I changed how I

work, I work from my
home office but a lot of
times I need to have a
touch down spot where I
can meet somebody in a
professional environment and either have a
conference or print
something or just be in a
space that is a little bit
more productive than a
Starbucks. So we got to
thinking that there may
be opportunities to convert this space to create
that type of an environment. And we're setting
it up to where not only
