Registration Information
Registration
Please register by May 19 so that we can cancel any activities with low enrollment. Activities will be
filled on a first come basis. Registration can be completed on this Eventbrite website. Please submit
a separate online registration on Eventbrite for each child you'd like to register for ZCS Expand(ED).
Ages are based on the grade that your child will be in this coming fall.
Payment Information
If registering by May 19, an invoice will be sent to you. If registering after May 19, you will not receive
an invoice, so please send your payment in right away.
Payment must be received by Friday, June 9 in order to confirm registration.
Accepted forms of payment include cash or check-made out the Zeeland Christian School, with ZCS
Expand(ED) in the memo, and may be dropped off at the ZCS office or mailed to ZCS, attn: Maria
Klompmaker, 334 West Central Avenue, Zeeland, MI 49464.
Refund Policy
Full refunds will be given if an activity is cancelled by Zeeland Christian due to low enrollment or for
other reasons communicated to registrants.
If you have registered for an activity and decide that you cannot participate 2 weeks prior to the
start of the activity, you will be refunded, less a $5.00 administration fee.
If there are extenuating circumstances less than 2 weeks prior to an activity that do not allow for
participation, please contact us.
Participant Needs
ZCS is an inclusive community and desires to include all students to the greatest extent possible. If
your child has a support plan of any kind during the school year, we will work with you to determine
what support needs to be in place in order for him/her to be successful in the ZCS Expand(ED)
program. Please contact us with questions.
