The paint included is a specially formulated non-toxic acrylic paint that dries permanently on most surfaces, so be careful.
Paint may stain fabrics, furniture and other surfaces. Wear a smock or old clothes and cover your work area with newspaper.
Clean up any spills immediately while the paint is still wet. Dried paint may be peeled off some but not all surfaces.
To prevent the paint from drying out, cap paint when not in use. If the nozzle becomes clogged use the tip of a paper clip to
clean it out.
Window cleaner can be used to remove any paint residue from windows and mirrors. Check with an adult before using any
cleaning product.
3D Wonder Paint projects may stick together. To preserve your designs, keep your projects separate from each other.
3D Wonder Paint projects may fade or change over time. This is a normal part of the crafting process. Save any leftover paint
for touch up and repairs, or to make new 3D Wonder Paint art.
You will need to select a work area where your project can dry undisturbed for several hours or overnight.
Paint Tube Tips
Peel and Press
With your scissors, carefully cut the tip of each applicator nozzle as shown. Cut along the line as close to
the tip as possible. If you cut too far down, the paint will come out too thick and it will be difficult to control.
Once your designs are completely dry, it’s time to decorate your headbands and bracelets. For best
results, decorate the outside only.

Outline Your Design - Bracelets and Headbands
Decide on a design for your bracelets and headbands. Dream up your own ideas or
look on the package for inspiration.
For best results, it is a good idea to create your designs on the plastic project sheets
included. Then when your paint is dry, peel and press them on to create awesome neon
fashions.
Working directly on the headbands and bracelets is not
recommended. A flat surface is needed to prevent the
paint from dripping. Working on your project sheet, use
your black or pearl outline paint to create your designs.
Be sure to create a continuous unbroken line. Note – if
you don’t want your designs outlined, you can skip this
step and start laying out your design using the neon
paint and glitter paint.
Paint and Decorate
Before moving onto the next step, lightly touch the outline to
be sure it is dry. Once the outline paint is dry (this will take
15 – 30 minutes), it is time to fill in your designs with Neon
3D Wonder Paint. When filling in your designs, apply a thin
even layer of paint. If the paint is too thick it will take a long
time to dry and it will be difficult to remove.
Once your design is all painted in, set the project sheets
aside to dry. Depending on the thickness of the paint, heat
and humidity, drying times may vary. For best results,
allow your designs to dry overnight.
3D Designs
You can make 3D roses to add to your headbands, bracelets or necklaces.
1.On the plastic project sheet, make a
squiggle line with your paint and let it dry.
2.When dry, remove squiggle from project
sheet and roll up one end as shown.
3.To form petals, pinch the
bottom of the paint strip
on to the center of the
flower and allow the top
of the paint strip to fan
out as shown.
4. Continue the process until the
entire squiggle is rolled.
5. Glue finished
rose to the
headband.
Neon Necklaces
Fill your bottle caps with your favorite color of Neon
3D Wonder Paint. While the paint is still wet, you can
add rhinestones or add a few colors to create fun
patterns and designs.
Use your plastic project sheets to create designs
using your outline paint. When they are dry, press
them onto your dried Neon 3D Wonder Paint.

Rolled Beads
3D Accents
You can decorate the satin necklace
cords using this fun technique:
Once your designs are completely dry, you can add
rhinestones. Use a dot of the white craft glue
to stick them in place. Allow the glue to dry completely
before displaying your designs.
• Squeeze out strips of Neon 3D Wonder Paint
onto the plastic project sheet. Let it dry
over night.
• Roll the dried strips around the jewelry cord
to make a bead. You can use your scissors to
cut the strips to make them thinner
as needed.
Note: If your accessories are exposed
to water, the colors may bleed onto
your skin or clothing. For best results,
keep your Neon 3D Wonder Paint
crafts dry.
Outline Your Design
Remember, when you are finished, you will peel your picture off of the plastic sheet as
one piece. When outlining and painting your design be sure all lines are connected and
all spaces are filled in.
Peel and Press
• Gently peel the design away from the plastic project sheet.
If it sticks, or is difficult to remove, it needs more
drying time.
• Press your designs against a clean window.
They cling like magic! You can display these on
mirrors too.
Depending on the amount of light and temperature, the color
and consistency of your window art may change over time.
Save any leftover paint to create new art.
Marbleizing Techniques
The marbleizing technique is a great way to add interest and texture to your designs.
Simply lay down the colors and then create designs using a toothpick or paper clip as shown.
You can use the patterns we have included in the kit or draw your own designs.
1. Choose your design and slide it
into the plastic project sheet
as shown.
2. Use the black or pearl outline paint
to trace your designs. Be sure to create
a continuous unbroken line.
3. Set your design aside to dry. This
will take approximately 15-30 minutes.
4. Before you move onto the next steps,
lightly touch the outline to be sure
it is dry.
Paint and Decorate
Now it’s time to fill in your design. For best results, apply a thin even layer of paint. If the paint is
too thick it will take a long time to dry and it will be difficult to remove from the plastic sheet.
1. Fill in your design with the 3D Wonder Paint of your choice. Hold the applicator slightly above
the plastic project sheet and gently squeeze to release the paint.
2. Use the applicator tip to spread the paint around. Be sure the paint covers all open areas.
3. When you are finished painting set it aside to dry. Depending on the thickness of the paint, heat
and humidity, drying times may vary. For best results, allow your designs to dry overnight.
