Determination of sub-alternatives is done by using the theory of target market, Pairwise comparison, rating districts calculation, and calculation using a weighted rating ANP method. From the calculation using ANP method was later elected an alternate location with the highest weighted value will be used as a new branch store KIMIDI cake. To determine the feasibility of investment, calculation of Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period at an alternate location that is known investment worthiness of each - each location. The output of the calculation of the investment analysis will be used as input on Analytic Network Process (ANP) In the calculation of sub-investment analysis obtained Kedungwaru as the one that has the best value with NPV investment of Rp. 646.8 million, with an IRR of 31% and a long payback period of 2 years 1.5 months interval.
