Summer Term: We love to spend as much time as
possible outside. So this means that all children from 04yrs must come dressed to have fun outside every day;
this now includes a hat and sun lotion. Please
remember that NO flip flops or crocs can be worn by
the children at nursery. We know that your summer
holidays are approaching please remember to advise
the admin team of any holidays on
[email protected]. If your child is starting
school in September 2017 please remember that we
require 6 weeks’ notice in writing so that we can
process your request.

Sadly only 20% of families have returned our survey asking
for your thoughts regarding the 30 funded hours due to
start in September. Without sufficient feedback from
you we will find it difficult to predict the session pattern you
might want in September.
In our last newsletter we pointed out that we are
underfunded for the “free” hours. This situation will be
made worse over the coming years as the funding has been
frozen until 2020. We are currently looking at introducing a
token cost for those children who attend solely for the 15
(or 30) funded hours. Once a decision has been made we
will write to each family individually.
Collections:
Don’t forget that the
nursery charges £10 per
15 minutes when you are
late to collect your child.
