Power 30 Bonus Pool
The Power 30 Bonus Pool rewards you with Bonus Pool Shares for investing in your business during your
first 30* days of enrollment and continually working to build your team.
Each week, Q Sciences reserves 2% of the company’s Total Qualifying Volume for the Power 30 Bonus Pool.
Each week, the Pool is divided and paid out to qualifying IBOs based on their total number of shares in
the Pool.
How are shares earned? During your first 30 days of enrollment, you can earn a lifetime Power 30 Bonus
Multiplier based on your total amount of PV. Your Multiplier factors into the amount of shares you can earn in

EXAMPLE: If you purchased an Executive Pack during your first 30 days of enrollment, which is 1500 PV,
you would earn a 5 Multiplier. Later, you sponsor a new IBO who also earns a 5 multiplier during their first
30 days. You would earn 25 shares (5X5=25) in that week’s Power 30 Bonus Pool. The Pool is then divided
up amongst all other shares earned during that week and each individual share now has a dollar amount
attached to it. If the share value were $10 that week and you earned 25 shares, you would have earned
$250 in the Power 30 Bonus Pool.

Unilevel Commissions
Customer Sales Bonus
The Unilevel is the backbone of the eXponential Infinity Plan, and it is designed to provide you with a stable,
long-term source of income.
The Customer Sales Bonus rewards you and other members of your team for building a robust
customer base.
During your first 30 days of enrollment, you receive commissions exclusively through the Quick Start Bonus.
At the end of your first 30 days, you become eligible for the Unilevel Commissions.
After the Quick Start Period (your first 30 days) ends, you become eligible for the Customer Sales Bonus.
The Customer Sales Bonus is paid on your PV (any volume from your customers is included) above 240 per
month. This PV is considered your Customer Volume or CV, and is accounted for on your IBO Level in the
Customer Sales Bonus.
The Unilevel pays monthly commissions on up to 240 PV, per month, on up to 10 Levels of your
Organization. The Paid rank that you qualify for in a given month determines the number of Levels that you
are paid commissions on, as well as the associated commission percentages.
The Customer Sales Bonus pays you the IBO a 20% bonus on all PV over 240. An additional 18% is then
paid upline 10 Levels.
• Paid monthly through the Placement Tree
• Calculated using Dynamic Compression for maximum payout
• Must be an Active IBO with 120 PV to qualify
EXAMPLE: If you had 120 PV and 4500 in OV during a given month, and met the associated rank
requirements (a non-high leg of at least 1500 in volume, and at least two personally sponsored active IBOs),
you would qualify for the Paid rank of Elite. This would qualify you to receive Unilevel Commissions up to five
Levels deep in your organization.
• Paid Monthly on the Placement Tree
• Must be an active IBO
• Only paid on volume over 240 PV and outside the Quick Start Period
EXAMPLE: If during the month you had an order for 240 PV and you had four Preferred Customers (outside
of their first 30 days) who each placed an order for 120 PV, you would have a total of 720 PV for the month.
Of this total, 240 PV is removed and received commissions in the Unilevel. The remaining volume (720 PV240 PV=480 PV) is considered your CV. The Customer Sales Bonus pays you 20% of the 480 CV (480 X
20%=$96.00). 18% of the 480 CV is divided up amongst 10 Levels upline.

Elite Bonus
Bronze Bonus
The Elite Bonus is a one-time achievement bonus for achieving the rank of Elite. If you achieve the rank
of Elite during your first 30 days of enrollment, you will receive $650 in product at the wholesale price or a
$200 cash bonus. If you didn’t achieve Elite in your first 30 days, don’t worry because there is a second
part to this bonus. If you achieve the rank of Elite for the first time after 30 days, you will still earn a one-time
bonus of $100.
The Bronze Bonus is an achievement bonus for achieving the rank of Bronze for the first time. In the month that
you achieve the rank of Bronze you will earn a bonus of $1000 in product at the wholesale price. You can use this
product to help propel you to the next rank.

Generation Matching Bonus
Car Program/ Debt Reduction Program
The Generation Matching Bonus rewards you for achieving one or more of the highest seven ranks
(Silver and above) in the Unilevel. Depending on your qualifications, you may earn a percentage of your
Organization’s earnings on up to six Generations of:
Starting at the rank of Gold, the Car Program/Debt
Reduction Program pays $500 towards a car payment
or you can opt to receive 75% of that $500 to apply to
qualified debt. With each rank advancement the bonus
will increase by $150 up to the rank of Crown where it
is $1500.
• All Quick Start Bonuses paid
• All Unilevel Commissions paid
• All Customer Sales Bonuses paid
A Generation is the distance in your Sponsor Tree downline between you and the next IBO who has reached
the rank of Silver or higher. The distance between that IBO and the next IBO in your Sponsor Tree who has
achieved the rank of Silver or higher is considered your second Generation, and so forth.
• Paid monthly
• Must be a Silver or higher to qualify
• Must be an Active IBO
EXAMPLE: If you have achieved the rank of Silver during a month, you are eligible for 1 Generation in the
Generation Matching Bonus. This means that you receive a 6% match on all Quick Start, Unilevel, and
Customer Sales Bonus earnings on IBOs within your organization until you reach another IBO who is Silver
or higher.
• Must achieve the rank of Gold or higher
(to qualify, must achieve the rank of Gold in
two consecutive months)
• Must maintain rank of Gold or higher to
continue to receive the bonus
• Type of car is up to you, but cannot be
over three years old
• Qualified IBO can bank up to $2000 before
car purchase (rank must be maintained each
month to receive accrued car allowance)

Global Leadership Pools
3 Preferred Customers = Free Product
The Global Leadership Pools reward you with Bonus Pool payouts for achieving one or more of the five
highest ranks (Platinum and above) in the Unilevel.
The 3 Preferred Customers = Free Product Program
offers a way for IBOs and Preferred Customers to
earn up to a 120 PV or 240 PV AutoShip free*
each month.
The company reserves up to 0.5% of Total Qualifying Volume for each of the five Bonus Pools. Every month,
each Bonus Pool’s funds are divided and distributed to the qualifying participants. You receive up to one full
share in the Bonus Pool associated with your rank, and half share in each Bonus Pool associated with your
lower qualifying ranks.
For your current Paid rank, you receive half share in the associated Bonus Pool the first month you qualify.
When you achieve this Paid rank in successive months, your half share in that Bonus Pool is increased
to one full share. You cannot earn more than 13% of any one Bonus Pool for which you qualify in any
given month.
• Must be a Platinum or higher
• Must be an Active IBO
EXAMPLE: In a given month if you achieve the rank of Platinum you will earn half share in the Platinum
Bonus Pool. If the next month you achieve the rank of Platinum again, your half share will increase to one full
share in that Pool. Let’s say the following month you achieve the rank of Crown, you would earn half share in
the Crown Pool as well as half share in the lower four Pools.
If you personally sponsor three or more Preferred
Customers whose combined PV is equal to or greater
than 360, you will earn up to a 120 PV AutoShip the
following month for free. If you personally sponsor three
or more Preferred Customers whose combined volume
is equal to or greater than 720, you can earn a free
AutoShip up to 240 PV the following month. In order to
qualify, you must be on a 120 or greater AutoShip and
your AutoShip and the AutoShip for your three Preferred
Customers must process within the same month for you
to receive your next month’s order free.
*Order is free up to 120 PV or 240 PV. You are still responsible for paying
shipping and tax if applicable. Qualifying orders are not eligible for AMOR
Points. The Cellerciser, discounted products and/or promotional items
are excluded.

AMOR Program
Active IBO: An IBO who has a minimum of 40 PV each month, and at least 1 PA.
Our Automatic Monthly Order Rewards or AMOR
Program rewards IBOs and Preferred Customers for
maintaining a monthly AutoShip order. Each month that
your AutoShip processes you will earn 20% of the PV for
that order in the form of AMOR points. One AMOR point
is equal to $1 wholesale. Each consecutive month that
your AutoShip processes you will continue to earn that
20% in AMOR points which you can bank or redeem
for free product. After 12 consecutive months on
AutoShip the percentage increases from 20% to 25%.
If you stop your AutoShip you will lose all accrued
AMOR points. The maximum AMOR points earned
per calendar month is 240. AMOR Points cannot be
redeemed for the Cellerciser, discounted product and/
or promotional items.
AMOR: Auto Monthly Order Reward.
AutoShip: A pre-set, recurring monthly product order filled and shipped to an IBO or a Preferred Customer.
Downline: The portion of an IBO’s Sponsor Tree and Placement Tree that comes after or below an IBO.
These are IBOs that the IBO has sponsored, and that they have sponsored, and so on.
Dynamic Compression: A method used to calculate commissions and bonuses by first removing both
inactive and non-qualifying IBOs from the genealogy tree, thereby maximizing payout to IBOs who do qualify
for the various commissions and bonuses under the Qx Plan.
Generation: The distance in an IBO’s sponsor tree downline between the IBO who has reached the rank of
Silver (Q20K) and the next IBO that has reached the rank of Silver (Q20K).
Holding Tank: IBO placement can be moved by sponsor during the first 30 days after enrollment.
IBO: A Q Sciences’ Independent Business Owner.
Leg: The downline of one’s personally sponsored Level 1 IBOs in Sponsor Tree or Placement Tree.
For example, if you have three personally enrolled IBOs on your Level 1, you have three Legs in
your Organization.
• Must be an Active IBO or Preferred Customer
• Must have an active AutoShip order each month
• If eligible for the 3 Preferred Customer = Free
Product Program you will not continue to accrue
new AMOR points.
Level: The distance between an IBO and another IBO downline or upline in the Sponsor Tree or
Placement Tree.
Non-High Leg(s): The Leg(s) in an IBO’s Placement Tree that do not contain the most qualifying volume of
all the Legs in his or her Organization.
EXAMPLE: If you have an AutoShip order process
for 250 PV, you will get 20% (250 X 20%=50) back in
AMOR points. You could redeem those points for a
free bottle of EMPowerplus™ Q96 that is $49.95.
Organization: An IBO and all of the IBO’s downline in his or her Sponsor Tree and Placement Tree.
OV: Organizational Volume. The total sales volume generated by an IBO’s Organization that qualifies for
commissions and bonuses under the Qx Plan.
PA: A personally sponsored, active IBO.

Paid Rank: The rank an IBO qualifies for during the current month, which determines commissions
and bonuses.
Placement: The IBO who is immediately upline of another IBO in the Placement Tree.
Placement Tree: The genealogy tree that reflects IBO’s organization as structured from the Holding Tank.
Preferred Customer: A non-IBO with a monthly recurring AutoShip order.
PV: Personal Volume. PV includes the volume from an IBO and his or her Preferred Customers and Retail
Customers. PV also refers to the commissionable volume for Q Sciences’ products.
Sponsor: An IBO who personally sponsors a new IBO.
Sponsor Tree: The genealogy tree that reflects IBO enrollment as it actually occurs.
Upline: The opposite of Downline. Upline refers to those people above or before an IBO in the Sponsor Tree
and Placement Tree. Specifically, an IBO’s upline consists of his or her Sponsor, and that Sponsor’s Sponsor,
and so forth.
