Pet Memorials
The “Pet Memorial” consists a 6” x 10”
personalized bronze plaque, mounted on a
granite monument, with your words of remembrance (approx. 50 words) - engraved
on it. Also, of a 6ft, ready-to-plant replica
of Boston’s famous Liberty Tree and a
framed picture of your plaque on parchment. A proud addition to any den.
Public Memorials
The public Living Memorial consists of a 15 ft.
Liberty Elm, 21” x 16” cast bronze plaque
(shown below) telling the dramatic story of the
original “Liberty Tree”, framed parchment
famous Poem “Liberty Tree”.
Re-elm America By Planting
Disease-Resistant Liberty Elms
Dutch elm disease (DED) wiped out over
100,000,000 American elms across the nation between 1945 and 1975, Elm Research
Institute was founded in 1967 to develope
a truly disease-resistant American elm. In
1985, after extensive genetic engineering and
Liberty Elm which has proven to be spectacularly resistant. Over 300,000 planted with
less than 3% reported loss to DED.
