Addendum #1
This addendum is hereby made a part of the Contract Document to the same extent as
though it was originally included therein.
Bidders must acknowledge receipt of all addenda as part of the RFP Submission Packet,
Attachment A – Proposal Form. Bids that fail to acknowledge all addenda may be considered
non-responsive and may be rejected.
Addendum to the RFP consist of the following item:
1. Revision of unit of Bid Item #14 from LF to LS on Bid Schedule.
2. Add Parallel Sidewalk Ramp (Monolithic Pour) - Bid Item #16to the Bid Schedule.
3. Add the following at the end of Bid Item Descriptions in the Contract
Documents:
16. Parallel Sidewalk Ramp (Monolithic Pour) – Measurement of this bid item
will made per linear foot of concrete install per Parallel Sidewalk Ramp (Monolithic
Pour) Detail provided. Payment will be for placing and furnishing all materials,
equipment, labor, and incidentals necessary to complete the work as specified in the
detail provided.
