How to change your voluntary deductions
Once you have logged into the web portal, select ‘View My Details’.
Then, select your pension account under the ‘My Pensions’ header.
Important: If you have more than one account, you will have a different pension payment for each pensioner
account. You may also have deductions made on more than one account.
You will then be taken to your membership details screen. Select ‘Actions’.
Then select ‘Amend Voluntary Deductions’.
If you want to amend your deduction, select ‘Amend Voluntary Deductions’ and then enter ‘Yes’ to the relevant
scheme you wish to make changes to. Once you have done this, enter the revised amount and the date the change
is applicable from. Then, select ‘Submit’.
If you want to cancel your deduction, select ‘Cancel Deductions’ and then enter ‘Yes’ to the relevant scheme you wish to
make changes to. Once you have done this, enter the date in which deductions should cease and then select ‘Submit’.
