Team Newface
‘Newface’ - we are ‘new’ and fresh to one another, but with similar energy and passion to ‘face’ the world
of managing and decision making. ‘No one is perfect in this world’. Each of us has different strengths and
weaknesses, but we trust the sentence ‘learn from others’. With this believe we are able to compensate
one another’s weaknesses. ‘Newface’ is a team with four ‘new-branded’ persons. Under the current
uncertain economic conditions, we are able to think outside of the box for a blue ocean strategy to
manage the complex and tricky mission.

Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), established
under the UTAR Education Foundation, a not-for-profit
organisation, was officially launched on 13 August 2002.

Team UMS
Perhaps our learning experience and exposure are uncommon but our team is made
up of four ordinary students. Over the years of study at our university, we have learnt
to accept and value diversity. It is actually the differences which push us closer, bind
us together, create our synergy and help shape our destiny. With the spirit of ‘leading
sustainable businesses in harmony’, our team is armed with relevant knowledge,

Team Zenx
Zen is from the last three letters of a Japanese word 'kaizen' meaning continuous improvement. As for
the name Zenx, it represents our team members who always have the heart, courage and the spirit to
continuously improve ourselves with all sorts of knowledge and skills. These can be either from
school or knowledgeable people which can help provide us with professional judgement and guidance
to the clients, and facilitate them in their decision making as well as implementing the most
appropriate business strategy. Thus, this will unconsciously lead us to the top of the business world in
the near future.

Northern University of Malaysia (UUM)
Northern University of Malaysia (UUM) was
formally incorporated on 16 February 1984
and was established with the specific
mission of providing a leadership role for
management education in the country. Thus,
the university is also known as a
management university. The academic
establishments in UUM include College of
Business (UUM COB), College of Law,
Government and International Studies
(UUM COLGIS) and College of Arts and Sciences (UUM CAS). UUM is the first university in the
country to be fully wired using fiber-optic cables. The university has 29 computer laboratories in
academic and administrative buildings on the campus, providing students with access points for eservices.
