Honolulu/Kapolei, Hawaii, August 22, 2014 – Atalanta Realty Investments, a real estate

Taylor, is attracting unprecedented interest from prospective retail and restaurateur
tenants for the planned development, “The Gathering Place in Kapolei,” a new 55,000square-foot lifestyle center in Kapolei. The Gathering Place in Kapolei’s two two-story
buildings and five one-story buildings on 4.46 acres will be centrally located at the gateway
of the Kapolei Parkway, near Kapolei High School, Kapolei II Elementary School and the new
University of Hawaii Kapolei West Oahu campus.
With the Gathering Place in Kapolei scheduled to open in Spring 2016, Atalanta reports that
