Welcome to the Sixth Annual Saint Stephen of Hungary School Auction! This wonderful
event helps provide endless possibilities for our students. Saint Stephen School educates
the whole child, academically, spiritually, physically, and socially. 100% of the money
raised through this evening’s auction goes toward the St. Stephen of Hungary School Foundation, whose sole mission is to support enrichment programs for the benefit of all
Saint Stephen students. The funds raised this evening allow us to continue to support and
expand music, art, technology, French language and culture, and athletic programs.
The success of the auction would not be possible without the countless hours of dedicated
volunteers. We would like to express our thanks to Vivian Cooper and Norma Stafford,
who co-chaired the Auction Committee, as well as all the members and volunteers,
including Mary Claire Bonner, Camille Brown, Lorna Caro, Lisa D’Ambrosio, Maureen Doheney, Michelle Dresser, Mark Esparrago, Sheryl Tierney Finch, Elizabeth Gorayeb,

The Rules of Engagement
1. Mix, Mingle, and have Fun! Bid often and on lots of items. We encourage competitive
bidding, but do not bid unless you want to win. The highest bidder wins…no exceptions.
2. Group bids are generally welcomed and encouraged, as long as everyone in the group
knows what they are bidding on and how much they are spending. Unless otherwise
specified, Teacher Time packages are only for one child. If the winner is allowed to
bring a guest, it will specifically say so in the description.
3. We will be accepting credit cards, checks, or cash. You will have the opportunity to
register one or more credit cards when you check-in at Tribeca Rooftop. You may also
pay in cash or, if you are a Saint Stephen School parent, you may pay by check. If you
do not plan to stay for the entire event, before you leave, please ensure we have payment
or credit card authorization for any items you are bidding on or have won.
4. Item descriptions and restrictions are subject to change based on new information. Please
review the final item description and restrictions the night of the Auction, before you bid.
5. Donations received after March 23, 2015 are separately listed in the Catalog Addendum.
Please be sure to review the Addendum for more great items.
6. Bidding for all silent auction items will remain open until 9:45pm. The highest
bidder for each item at the close of the silent auction will be the winner and will be
responsible to pay in full for the item won. A select number of items will be sold by
LIVE AUCTION.
7. Please keep in mind this is a fundraiser and the purpose of this auction is to raise money
to support continued and additional enrichment for our children.
