Eating Out
Last Sunday was Christmas, Tommy and his family went to Joyful Buffet
Restaurant to have dinner because it was Tommy’s dad’s birthday too. They
celebrated in the restaurant. They went there on foot because the buffet restaurant
was near Tommy’s home. They went to his restaurant since it was famous in
Kowloon. Furthermore, the food was delicious and cheap. They arrived at six o’clock.
Tommy felt excited because it was his first time to have buffet.
When Tommy and his family were in the restaurant, they saw different kinds of
food. Tommy was surprised. He couldn’t wait for it because he was very hungry.
Besides, he thought the food was tasty. There were some Japanese noodles. They
were from Japan. They were a kind of Japanese food. The green salad was colourful.
The chicken salad was more colourful than the green salad. The fruit salad was the
most colourful. They were fresh and healthy. Tommy liked eating them very much.
After that, Tommy and his parents started eating. They commented on the food.
‘I think the steak is the most delicious because I like eating meat very much and I like
eating Western food. I like eating spaghetti too,’ Tommy said happily. ‘How about
you, mum?’ Tommy’s dad asked. ‘I like the cheese cake most since it is very tasty
and I like eating desserts. However, I don’t like eating jelly because it is unhealthy. It
is too sweet,’ replied Tommy’s mum. They ate a lot of food.
Time flew like an arrow. It was eight o’clock already. Tommy and his family felt
full. It was an unforgettable dinner. They hope they can visit this restaurant again. ‘It
is a great night! I am glad,’ Tommy said loudly. They were interested in going there
again during Christmas holiday.

Eating Out
Last Sunday, Tommy had a buffet dinner with his parents. They went to
Chloe’s Buffet Restaurant. They wanted to try different kinds of food. They went
there by bus.
When Tommy and his parents arrived at the restaurant, they saw various kinds
of food. Tommy thought the food was interesting. They saw Japanese food, Thai food
and Italian food and so on. They were beautiful. The Thai food was colourful. The
Italian food was more colourful than the Thai food. The Japanese food was the most
colourful. The Thai food tasted bad but the Japanese food tasted good. The Italian
food tasted the best.
After a while, Tommy said, ‘The chicken tastes bad. The spaghetti is more
delicious than the chicken. The steak is the most delicious. I think the steak is the best
one because it looks good.’ ‘The bread is not colourful. The cream soup is more
colourful than the bread. The tomato salad is the most colourful. I think the tomato
salad is the best,’ said Tommy’s dad. ‘The jelly is not beautiful. The vanilla ice cream
is more beautiful than the jelly. The cheese cake is the most beautiful. I think the
cheese cake is delicious,’ said Tommy’s mum.
At 8 o’clock at night, they went home. They planned to go there again next
month.

Last Sunday, Tommy had a buffet dinner with his parents because his mum
did not want to cook at home and Tommy got good marks in the examination. They
went to Great Buffet Restaurant in Sky 100. They went there on foot because it was
near their home. They arrived at Great Buffet Restaurant at 6 o’clock.
When Tommy and his parents arrived at the restaurant, they saw various kinds
of food. There were sushi from Japan, curry from Thailand, fried chicken from
America and Italian pasta from Italy. The Thai curry was colourful. The fried chicken
was more colourful than the Thai curry. The Italian pasta was the most colourful.
When Tommy saw the food, he felt starving to death.
After that, they started to comment on the food. ‘Many of the desserts are
delicious. I think the cheese cake is the most delicious. The vanilla ice cream is more
delicious than the jelly,’ said Tommy’s mum. ‘I think the chicken looks bad. The
spaghetti looks better than the chicken. The steak looks the best,’ said Tommy. ‘I
think the bread is not colourful enough. The cream soup is more colourful than the
bread. The tomato salad is the most colourful,’ said Tommy’s dad. ‘I think the greatest
food is the fried chicken because it is yummy,’ said Tommy.
Tommy and his parents left the restaurant excitedly at 8 p.m. They were
satisfied. It was an unforgettable dinner. Tommy’s father decided to take Tommy there
again next Saturday.

Eating Out
Last Sunday, Tommy went to Expensive Buffet Restaurant to have dinner with
his mum and dad at 6 o’clock in the evening. Expensive Buffet Restaurant is large and
clean. It is in Wan Chai. They went there to have dinner because it was Tommy’s
birthday and he loves having dinner buffet. They went there by ferry, then by taxi.
They were very delighted.
When Tommy and his parents were in the restaurant, they saw many kinds of
food. There were Japanese noodles, sushi and sashimi from Japan, curry and durians
from Thailand, steak and crabs from America, spaghetti, pizza and pasta from Italy
and so on. The steak was delightful. The Japanese noodles were more delightful than
the steak. The sashimi was the most delightful. The crabs tasted good. The pasta tasted
better than the crabs. The sushi tasted the best. They felt merry and couldn’t stop
eating.
After that, Tommy and his parents continued to eat. ‘What food do you like,
Mum?’ asked Tommy. ‘The vanilla ice cream is delicious. The cheese cake is the most
delicious. But, the jelly tastes the worst,’ answered Tommy’s mum. ‘How about you,
Dad?’ asked Tommy. ‘The cream soup looks good. The tomato salad looks the best,’
replied Tommy’s dad. ‘Tommy, how do you think about it?’ asked Tommy’s mum. ‘I
don’t like the chicken because it makes me sick easily. However, I like the spaghetti
as it is tasty. I like the steak best because I haven’t tried it before,’ said Tommy.
Tommy’s mum thought the cheese cake is yummy. Tommy’s dad liked the tomato
salad best as it makes him healthier. Tommy thought the steak is the best.
All time was no time when it was past. ‘It’s time to go home,’ said Mum. ‘Okay.
Let’s go home,’ said Tommy. Finally, they left the restaurant at eight o’clock. They
felt glad and would come here again because the service was wonderful.

Last Sunday, Tommy and his parents went to Yummy Buffet Restaurant since it
was Christmas. It was Tommy’s dad birthday too. The restaurant is in Kowloon. It is
far from Tommy’s home so they took MTR train there. The restaurant is big and
famous. It is clean, too. Tommy and his family were very delighted because the
restaurant was new. It was their first time to go there.
When they were in the restaurant, they saw many kinds of food from different
countries. There were sushi and sashimi. They were Japanese food. There was Thai
curry. It was from Thailand. Tommy and his parents were surprised and hungry since it
was mouth-watering. The food looked good. It looked interesting and colourful as
well.
After that, they started eating. Tommy’ mum tried the desserts such as jelly, ice
cream and cheese cake. ‘The jelly is good but the vanilla ice cream is better than the
jelly. I think the jelly is too sweet. The cheese cake is the best,’ Tommy’s mum said
happily. Next, Tommy tried the food. ‘The chicken is yummy. The spaghetti is
yummier than the chicken. The steak is the yummiest,’ Tommy said fully. Tommy’s
dad ate different food too. ‘The bread is good. The cream soup is better than the bread.
The tomato salad is the best,’ said Tommy’s dad.
Time flew like an arrow. It was eight o’clock at night. They felt full and satisfied.
They planned to visit again next Christmas Holiday. They left the restaurant happily.
‘What a wonderful dinner. I am very happy!’ said Tommy.
