Q.For the piano in Regent Suite and Master Suite, will the guests be able to request
someone to play at any time?
A. The guest will not be able to request a pianist to come and play.
The guest can play the piano or the piano can play on its own.
Q.The Regent Suite says it has a private Vista Garden. What is a Vista Garden?
A. Vista Garden is a private haven with an outdoor, glass-enclosed sitting area with a skylight
Q.Can guests in Regent Suite arrange for cocktail parties and have their Butler serve?
A. Yes
Q.Other than the position on the ship & balcony size, what is the difference between
G1 Deluxe Veranda Suite and the G Deluxe Veranda G2? Also for the F1 Superior Suite
and F2 Superior Suite?
A. All G1 suites have extended balconies. Some G2’s have the extended balconies but it is their position on the ship that resulted in them being placed where they are. The primary difference between F1 & F2 Superior Suites is their location. There are 88 F1 & F2’s suites, 8 of which
the extended balcony but are categorized as F1’s rather than E’s because of their aft location
on the ship.
Q.Penthouse Suite Categories 700, 800, & 900 appear to be a little bit bigger.
Fares however are the same for all Penthouse Suites is that is correct?
A. Yes, because of their location and also because instead of a normal balcony, part of
the balcony will be steel encased.
Q. In the Penthouse Suite image there is a TV facing the living area, will there be a TV
in the bedroom as well.
A. Yes
Q.The Superior suite picture has two large floor to ceiling windows? Are those both sliding glass doors?
A. Yes
Q.The Picture of the Concierge Suite has a bed facing balcony doors, are there
two balcony doors?
A. There is only one balcony door.

Q.What are the Deposit and Payment Policies for Seven Seas Explorer®?
Are they different for the Maiden Voyage?
Deposit & Payment Policy
Bookings made more than 120 days from sailing are required to deposit 15% of cruise fare within 7 days of booking. Bookings made between
91 and 120 days of sailing are required to deposit within 3 days of booking and bookings made within 90 days of sailing are required to
deposit by the end of the booking day.
Unless otherwise noted, final payment must be received by Regent Seven Seas Cruises 150 days prior to cruise departure, except for the
Maiden Voyage on July 20, 2016 in Category RS – Regent Suite, payment in full is due immediately at the time of booking. Regent Seven
Seas Cruises reserves the right to cancel any booking not fully paid or deposited per the schedule or those without passport details. Unless
otherwise noted, final payment must be received by Regent Seven Seas Cruises 90 days prior to cruise departure for voyages 14 nights or
less and 150 days prior for voyages 15 nights or longer. Regent Seven Seas Cruises reserves the right to cancel any booking not fully paid
or deposited per the schedule or those without passport details.
