FACT FAMILY
REVIEW
Students can complete one or more fact family
activity sheets each day after the skill has been
taught.
These sheets can be done as whole
group review, an independent assessment, or as
an enrichment activity for your fast finishers.
The first two sheets are simpler with the fact
family structure clearly defined.
The next two
sheets show the addends listed first and then
the sum.
Then two pages follow that have the
fact family numbers mixed up so the student
has to figure out the exact placement of each
number in the addition and subtraction
sentences.
Finally I have included a dice game,
and an extra challenge sheet, because there
is always someone saying, “I’m done!”

over 6 years and before that kindergarten for 3
