RetA dream world of ice and snow, a holistic artwork in the winter wonderland of the “Kitz alps” – that’s the
ALPENIGLU® Village which fascinates its’ visitors during the whole winter season in the “SkiWelt” Wilder Kaiser –
Brixental (one of the largest interconnected ski areas in the world). The white village is situated close to the
mountain station of the Hochbrixen gondola. The gondola needs 8 minutes for the uphill lift to Hochbrixen.
Igloo hotel, restaurant, ice church, bar, ice exhibition, lounge – the ALPENIGLU® village is a world of adventures with
many facets. Centre of interest is the material: the village is built of snow and ice! - Fondue at a crystal clear ice table,
overnight stays in VIP igloo suites and cocktails out of real ice glasses: it’s all about snow and ice.
Dive into the mystical world of the igloo village and get inspired: the size and dimensions of the buildings are impressive,
the intricate ice sculptures inside the igloos are fascinating and the unusual illumination with LED technique creates an
unforgettable atmosphere.
The entrance into the spectacular ice exhibition “ICE LAND” is located in the big main complex of the village consisting of
the ice bar and the igloo restaurant. In the exhibition you can see hand carved sculptures made by international artist that
are dramatically illuminated and put into spotlight. Get intrigued by our yearly changing ice exhibition.
During the day the igloo village is filled with life due to the large number of skiers and pedestrians, who take a break at the
snow bar, relax in a sun chair, visit the ice exhibition or enjoy a special event.
At night, when the last skiers leave the slopes, a romantic silence and peace starts spreading over the wintery mountain.
Now an unforgettable adventure starts for the hotel guests of the ALPENIGLU ® Village. The overnight stay in one of the
seven VIP igloos is a very special experience. In addition to the Eskimo night the guests have the chance to take part in
an extraordinary programme, where luxury and adventure are combined perfectly.
One of the highlights is the cool drink at the ice bar as well as the dinner at the ice table in our igloo restaurant. But also
the ice carving workshop and the mystical torch walk through the winter forest are parts of the inspiring evening
programme. Finally you enter the VIP igloo, where a snug, warm sleeping bag, high quality snow proof mattresses and
cuddly reindeer hides await you. Under the snow roof in the wonderful quietness of your igloo suite, sweet dreams are
guaranteed and the night becomes unforgettable. After the unusual night in the igloo a tasty breakfast buffet in the nearby
mountain restaurant is freshly prepared for you before you start your homeward journey.
For special events and group bookings (weddings, seminars, incentives, birthday parties etc.) the igloo village can be
rented exclusively. As a supplement the inflatable igloo tent or the cosy mountain lodge with fireplace can be rented as
well.
The ALPENIGLU® village is open daily from the end of December until March (depending on weather conditions).
An overnight stay in the igloo village is a very special gift idea. You can upgrade the package with some extra program like
Candle light dinner, Honeymoon decoration or birthday special .

Snowshoe treasure hunt:
Before your igloo adventure starts you can explore the winter forest with a snowshoe
treasure hunt in the afternoon. In the ice bar igloo you get your treasure map, your
snowshoes and a little briefing. After that it is time to start your excursion into the
snowy winter wonderland on your own. On your way you will find a possibility to stop
for a nice coffee and cake in a cosy mountain hut (not included). If you follow the right
track and find the treasure you will get a very special reward back in the ALPENIGLU®
village: a cocktail from a glass made of real ice.

general terms and conditions:
1. Arrangement refusal by customer
Until 21 days before your journey the cancellation fee is € 30,- for the booking. With cancellation between 20-5 days
before journey date cancellation costs are at an amount of 50% of the entire arrangement price. With cancellation
starting from 4 days before journey date cancellation costs are at an amount of 100% of the entire arrangement price.
2. Arrangement refusal by operator
The operator reserves itself the right to call the arrangement off. Reasons for such a refusal can be unfavorable or
bad weather conditions (= higher force) or also lack of snow. With short term refusals the guests are informed by
telephone. We ask you to leave your mobile telephone number with delivery of the reservation. If the organizer can
offer an equivalent alternative to the customer, and the customer accepts this, the requirement on reduction or
payback of the arrangement price is not guilty.
3. Experience programs
The offered experience programs can be accomplished partially only with the reaching of certain minimum numbers of
participants. The organizer reserves himself the right to call experience programs off due to a falling below of these
minimum numbers of participants with payback of the reservation price. Other reservations of the customer with the
organizer remain of it unaffected.
4. Late journey
If the customer is not able to arrive in time or cannot fulfill the arrangement as agreed with the operator, no
requirement on paybacks guilty. The organizer is however always endeavored to find special solutions.
5. Terms of payment
The obligatory reservation is only converted after receipt of payment into a definite reservation. If no receipt of
payment should have to be registered within 7 days after reservation entrance with the organizer, the reservation is
again released. The customer has thus no more requirement on achievement fulfilment. After complete receipt of
payment with the organizer a reservation confirmation will be sent to the customer.
6. Position
The ALPENIGLU® village is constantly in preparation and in a constant building process.
7. Area of jurisdiction
Area of jurisdiction of the ALPENIGLU® village is the registered office of the organizer.
8. Salvatori clause
Should be individual regulations of these general trading conditions become ineffectively or impracticable or after
contract conclusion ineffective or impracticable then thereby the effectiveness of the general trading conditions is in all
other respects not affected. The managing regulations apply according to if the general trading conditions as
incomplete prove § 139 BGB are considered as impossible
9. Rebooking fee
For changing the date of a booking until 4 days before arrival the operator will charge the customer a rebooking fee of
€ 30,- per operation.
10. Declaration of consent
The customer explains itself by achievement of his signature on the reservation inquiry and/or by payment of the
arrangement price taken place in agreement with the general trading conditions specified here.
