The custodial staff is tasked with cleaning over 1,162,000 square feet of facilities system wide. The facilities maintenance department has the responsibility of maintaining over 1,131,700 square feet of facilities. “Our maintenance team’s skills include carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, food service equipment, welding, painting and concrete finishing,” Routley said. “I am confident that we are blessed with one of the finest maintenance teams in the state.” Routley said the ground maintenance team oversees more than 290 acres.
