John is a strategic and accomplished Senior Finance leader with a passion for all things Tech
particularly start-ups and growing and scaling high performing teams. He has proven
experience in acquisitions, IPO’s and successful sale of Nasdaq listed company. He also has
extensive experience in corporate US, Europe and Asia with an in depth knowledge of all
business markets.
As VP of International Operations for Ancestry.com, John strategically leads the
International management team and oversees the International business of Ancestry.com.
John is responsible for driving the success of the International operations with
accountability for Business Performance, Finance, FP&A, Analytics, Customer Services, Legal,
Product Management & Development. He was the first employee hired in Ireland and scaled
up to a team of over 50 in a new International headquarters within six months.
