Notes for Parents
Good things take time, we take about an hour to photograph each class. At the beginning of each session we take the class photo, followed
by the individual portraits. We only take individual portraits of the children who have pre-ordered them, this means that we can spend
more time getting a great photo for the families that want them. Sibling photos are taken on the day and time that the eldest sibling’s
class is scheduled - the eldest sibling goes to get their younger brothers and sisters and brings them back to the hall for their photo.
Payment
We work on a prepay system. If you are not satisfied with your photos we offer a ten day 100% money back guarantee.
We take time to encourage your child to relax and smile naturally. Alas we cannot take responsibility for unruly hair – please supply a
hairbrush if this is an issue for you or your child ☺.
Photos will be ready about six weeks after photo week, a re-order form will be enclosed. Please note there will be a $6 handling fee for
late orders.
