ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES
Control and suppress dust formation when sanding,
vacuum or sweep up and shovel into bags.
Prevent products contaminating drains and watercourse as
a slurry.
(Refer to section 8 for the use of proper Personal Protective
Equipment).

HANDLING AND STORAGE
Minimise and control dust when sanding products in
confined spaces.
When manually handling products, use correct manual
handling techniques.
Store in dry conditions, on firm level ground and to preserve
stability, do not stack above 2 pallets high.

HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION
This product not classified as hazardous based on the cut-off
concentration in EU Directive 2000/32/EC and the Mixture
Classification Formulae in Guideline For The Classification Of
Hazardous Chemicals, Department of Occupational Safety and
Health, 1977.

Note: control of dust to the OES/MEL should avoid

Personal Protection
Sanding dust may irritate the respiratory system, skin and
eyes.

When sanding products, use a local
exhaust system to control dust or if dust
cannot be controlled wear a half face
mask to EN149 Class FFP 1.
Skin
Wear gloves to avoid prolonged or
repeat contact.
Eye
Wear safety goggles to BS EN 166
when sanding.
FIRST AID MEASURES
Inhalation Remove person to fresh air.
Skin Contact Flush and wash with water and soap.
Eye Contact Wash eye with clean water for 10 mins. and
seek medical advice if irritation persists.
Ingestion Wash mouth out and drink plenty of water.
Please note should any symptoms persist obtain
medical assistance.

The products are fire resistant, but packaging may burn.
All fire extinguishers are suitable media, observing normal
fire fighting procedures.
