About Us
Xponential impact
Our purpose is to empower bright young women with leadership
potential, primarily in the developing world, through scholarships for
post-secondary education.
There are many ways you can help the Foundation.
Our aim is to lift such young women, their families and their communities
out of the cycle of poverty by igniting the spark of hope.
These women leaders end up having a transformational impact on
the world.
What makes us different:
• our focus on developing women leaders;
• our concentration on areas of conflict or those that are
under-served;
• strong on-ground support for selection, screening and assisting students;
• involvement that begins before university, and continues during and after university;
• access to full scholarships at the Bachelor’s, Master’s,
professional and Doctorate levels.
