For those who are interested in dealing
with stocks as a way to make investments a
recent article by John Melloy from CNBC wrote
on 10 stocks that are worth while to look into.
At the top of the list is Facebook, still
dominating social media it’s no surprise to see
Mark Zuckerberg’s company coming in 1st.
Following in second is an unknown company to
most in the United States is Alibaba. John
Melloy writes that the company has, “a market
value north of $250 billion”. Not in the United
States market Alibaba is a Chinese online retail
giant that should not go unnoticed to investors.
The rest are nothing less exciting than Facebook
or Alibaba. 3. Google, 4. Apple, 5. Tesla, 6.
Nike, 7. Edwards Lifesciences, 8. Carnival Corp.
9. Align Technology, 10. Veolia. Investing in
stock is something everyone should consider but
always proceed with caution. Ask a financial
institute if they have a go to person on helping
people pick and choose stocks as well as guide
them in how to make smart choices on keeping
and selling stocks. Whether it’s Facebook or
Apple, these are just the top companies to watch
for as they continue to change the way we live.

The Reign of Payday Lenders May Soon Be Over
It’s time to get serious according to the article by Mandi Woodruff in Yahoo Finance, “Since the spring,

get them out of a sticky situation when they were short on cash but the consequences on not being able to pay
the amount back in 14 days could become severe. According to Woodruff, in States that don’t cap payday
loan interest rates, lenders are free to charge as high as 400% interest on unpaid loans. And when borrowers
can’t pay, lenders can resort to aggressive tactics to recoup the money: they’ve been known to harass borrowers at work (illegal), take the money directly out of their bank accounts without notice (also illegal), and
threaten to have them arrested (spoiler alert: illegal)”. So what can people do to stay away from using payday
loans? Check out your financial institutions on what they offer as a way to have the money you need.

your mood and energy level the following day,
since it often determines how well and how
much you sleep”.

In the fast pace of life we forget about
what really affects our sleeping habits and
our general outlook on life. Business
Insider’s Jacquelyn Smith and Vivian Giang
writes about what 13 successful people do
before they fall asleep.
At the top of the list is Barack Obama
who “is said to hold conference calls with
senior staff as late as 11 p.m. and reads
or writes before heading to bed”. As way to
get others to find their niche on when they
are the most productive Smith and Giang
offer Benjamin Franklin as the second
person.” In his autobiography, Franklin
outlined a schedule that would lead him to
‘moral perfection.’ In this ideal
schedule, Franklin asked himself the same
self-improvement question every night:
‘What good have I done today’?" Another

note worthy person on the list is Bill
Gates who is quoted to have said, "I read
an hour almost every night. It's part of
falling asleep." Each and every person
on the list ranges from odd quirks they
do at night to a system of detaching
themselves from the phone.
Yet Smith and Giang are not just
suggesting that by picking up these 13
successful peoples bedtime habits that
it will increase your own success but are
merely hinting at the thought that,
maybe we all need to consider what is
the last thing we do at night. In my own
case it’s random and never consistent
on what is the last thing I do before I go
to sleep but perhaps that’s the point of
the article. So tonight, make a point to
make a system of good thoughts and
relaxation in whatever way works for
you; because who wants to wake up
negative and grumpy.
