The Plano Metro Rotary Club invites you to join your neighbors in proudly displaying the American Flag in front of
your home. This program gives residents of your community the opportunity to show their pride and love for our
country. In exchange for an annual subscription price of $40.00 or $7.00/day if part of the year, we will place a
3-foot x 5-foot American Flag on a 10-foot pole between the curb and sidewalk near your front door. Seeing these
flags lined up along the streets in your community is truly an impressive site, so we encourage you to talk to your
neighbors and get everyone involved! Proceeds from this flag program enable us to contribute to a variety of worthwhile charitable programs. Annual billing to begin January 1, 2013.

Yes, I wish to participate in the Holiday Flag Program of the Plano Metro Rotary Club. For an annual subscription fee,
the Plano Metro Rotary Club agrees to place an American Flag at the address listed below on six (6) selected flag
holidays for the periods shown above. I agree to advise the Plano Metro Rotary Club of any sprinkler, plumbing, or
electrical service that might interfere with the placement of the flag. I will allow the Plano Metro Rotary Club to paint a
colored dot on the street curb indicating where the flag is to be placed, and allow the Plano Metro Rotary Club to
place a sleeve in the ground at the flag location. I understand in the case of inclement weather the flag may not be
displayed. I agree that it is my responsibility to follow all flag etiquette during the display period.
