Guidelines
▪ White tablecloths - provided by Grappone Conference Center
▪ 12-16 inch in diameter
▪ If you want to do a tall centerpiece, it must be in a vase that is 2 feet high, not to block people
from seeing across table
▪ Must be delivered to the Grappone Conference Center by 12 noon on 12/31, if it is not perishable,
please drop off at the YMCA by 12/30 at 5pm
▪ All centerpieces are considered a donation to the event and will not be returned.

▪ 12x12 mirror provided by Grappone Conference Center
▪ 2-3 votives provided by Grappone Conference Center
▪ 2 napkins for a base, colors: black and gold (if needed) provided by Grappone Conference Center –
must know by 12/15 if needed
