It hardly seems possible, but promotion and various end-of-the-year activities are quickly approaching! The
purpose of this letter is to provide as much information about each activity.

6:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.
Important Notes:
 Balloons and horns will not be
permitted.
 No limos
 Seating is limited for families. Plan
on arriving before 5:45 p.m.
 Each family will be allotted four (4)
tickets. If you will not be using all
your designated tickets, please
indicate this on the 8th Grade
Activities Order Form. Also, please
indicate if you are requesting
additional. Based on availability,
additional tickets (limit 2) will be
given through a lottery, to those
who have put in requests on the
order form. Tickets for promotion
will be distributed on Wednesday,
June 15, 2016.

The day of ceremony: Students should meet at 5:15 p.m. on
the lawn by the portables. The actual ceremony begins at
6:00 p.m. and will last about one hour.

All 8 Grade Promotion Order Forms, permission slips, and ticket requests must be turned in during lunch
on one of these dates.
Nothing will be accepted past this date.
The order form and permission slips must be signed and returned to participate. If you have any questions, please

8th Grade Activities Order Form
Turn in dates: June 2-9 at Lunch on the Quad Stage
1. To attend Knott’s Berry Farm, parents must complete the ENCLOSED permission slips.
 Students who indicate they have a Knott’s Berry Farm Annual Pass must bring it with them as all tickets
are ordered in advance. We will confirm that they have their passes before they get on the bus.
2. Please only write ONE check or bring cash. Make check payable to Columbus Tustin PTO. Money will not
be accepted without permission slips.
3. To attend the 8th grade dance, parents must fill out the ENCLOSED permission slips.
4. The final deadline to turn in paperwork and payments is June 9th.
5. Students not attending Knott’s are expected to attend school on June 16th.
6. The end of the year activities are for CT students only.
