Dear Parents/Carers
I am writing to invite you to a meeting to discuss how your son/daughter has settled into Cheney. This
meeting will take place on Thursday 15 September from 5 – 7pm with your child's tutor.
Why should I attend this meeting?
This meeting will give you the opportunity to meet with your son/daughter's tutor and to ask any questions you
may have. It will also help us to receive feedback from parents about our Transition Process and the first two
weeks of school.
How do I book an appointment?
Please book an appointment with your son/daughter's tutor by either:

Writing a note in your child's planner with a time window that you would like to come in

Or e-mailing the tutor directly
Where will the tutor be when I arrive?
The tutors will be in the following areas:
Austen College Tutors L12/L13 - Lane Building
Curie College Tutors W5/W6 - Wainwright Building
Newton College Tutors – School Library
Owens College Tutors - BR7/BR8 - Brighouse Building (new Science building)
King College Tutors C2/C5 - English Block/Chadwick Building

you as we would like to hear about their experience so far.
