Possession, use, distribution or sale of tobacco products, including e-cigarettes or other vapor products, or the violation of school district tobacco policy. Manufacturing, sale, purchase, transportation, possession or consumption of intoxicating alcoholic beverages or substances represented as alcohol or the violation of district alcohol policy. Suspicion of being under the influence of alcohol may be included if it results in disciplinary action. Unlawful use, cultivation, manufacture, distribution, sale, solicitation, purchase, possession, transportation, or importation of any controlled drug or narcotic substance or violation of the district drug policy. AGED 3 – 5 Early Childhood Home setting (aged 3-5) Report those special education students (aged 3 through 5) who received the majority of their special education and related services in the principal residence of the child's family or caregivers, and who did not attend a regular early childhood program or a special education program provided in a separate class, separate school, or residential facility. Include children who receive special education and related services both at home and in some other location, if they are receiving the majority of their services in the home. The term caregiver includes babysitters. Early Childhood Residential Facility (aged 3-5) Report those special education students (aged 3 through 5) who received education programs in publicly or privately operated residential schools or residential medical facilities on an inpatient basis (do not include children who also attended a regular early childhood program).
