But did you know that regular exercise for seniors has so many more benefits such as preventing disease, improving healing, increasing balance, and even increasing mental capacity? Just a little exercise each day goes a long way, too. Research shows that exercise for seniors is more about consistency rather than intensity, so even if you do moderate exercise for a few minutes every day, you’ll see the benefits! That’s why we encourage everyone to come to our News & Stretch program. We meet Monday-Friday at 10:00 and we spend about 20 minutes working on our flexibility and strength, and we have a lot of fun together, too! So we hope to see you there, where we will all start feeling the benefits of regular exercise together! Happy Birthday! We’re on the Web! The following residents will be celebrating their birthdays in the month of March. Let’s all wish them a very happy and joyous day! Visit us at: www.trailsoforono.com Like us on Facebook! Audrey C.
