For our 2017 Conference, we have put together a portfolio of sponsorship opportunities
for consideration. The format from previous years will be changing slightly – and all
for the better! Your support will provide you with quality time with our members –
and give them great experiences in addition to the Conference itself.
What follows are what we’ve identified as our top ECAO Annual Industry Conference
Sponsorship opportunities that will maximize your time with our members while
ensuring you receive ample recognition for your support.
Diamond | $15,000
The Diamond Sponsor will receive the following:
‣ Recognition at all events and Official Sponsor of the final group
dinner to be held at the hotel
‣ Banner recognition on both the ECAO 2017 Munich Conference Registration
website, as well as on the ECAO.org website with link to your home page
‣ Upgrade to a suite (suitable for hosting a small gathering) for the duration

Silver Sponsorship Opportunities Include:
Walking Tour of Munich with Private Guide
2.5 hour walking tour of Old Town Munich for the
entire group, finishing with a cold local beer and
Bavarian sausage on a bun at the local Market

Hosted Dine-Around
Opportunity to host 9 members and their guests
(20 people in total including sponsor) at one of
Munich’s top restaurants. Includes 3-course
dinner with wine.
Silver Sponsor Cordials Suite
Exclusive suite for post-dinner get together on
4 separate evenings (each evening is a separate
sponsorship). Casual drop-in invitation to all
members, with open bar and spectacular views
of the Munich skyline.

Bronze Sponsorship Opportunities Include:
Arrival or Departure Airport Group Transfer
Private airport transfer for members traveling to /
from Munich on Air Canada 846 (Toronto – Munich
May 20) or Air Canada 847 (Munich – Toronto
May 27).
Bronze Sponsor Happy Hour
Two-hour beer and wine open bar on the roof-top
of the Bayerischer Hof Hotel. Spectacular views
– and a great opportunity to mix and mingle.
Four separate afternoons (each Happy Hour is a
separate sponsorship opportunity).
Morning Partner Event
Private tour or custom event for all members’
partners during the morning business session.

Cubed Inc, will work with you to find an opportunity to promote your organization in
a way best suited to you.
All attending sponsors and non-members will be asked to register the same way as
our Members – and will receive the same benefits and inclusions in terms of meals,
accommodation, and business sessions. This will simplify the process for you and
ensure that you get to spend as much time with our members as you wish.
