Forming Nordic style flat bread
Form Expert is a specialised machine designed for manufacturing
Nordic style flat bread. It can handle loose doughs, including glutenfree. Products may vary, from various shapes and bigger breads to
small snack products. The capacity and stroke pitch can be adjusted
steplessly based on the product size. Scrap dough is collected and
returned automatically back into mixing.

Automatic divider of challenging loose doughs
Rye Expert is an automatic divider for rye and mixed doughs. It is
also suitable for low-gluten products. The dough is extruded through
a nozzle with a rotating portioning blade. The rotating blade cuts the
dough into pieces. The capacity and piece weight can be adjusted
steplessly, and the accuracy is excellent.

The Vulganus Steriline system is a forerunner in

reduce energy usage and shorten cleaning time.
Infoline remote control and analysis
The Infoline system can be delivered with the new equipment. You can either use it with your
own team or give us access to the production analysis. This will ease the maintenance process.
The Infoline system consists of productions trends, alarms and event lists, including values such
as starts and stops, set values as well as recipe and operator changes.
Maintenance and spare parts
Our maintenance team takes care of your equipment. Being specialists in the whole baking
