It can handle loose doughs, including glutenfree. Products may vary, from various shapes and bigger breads to small snack products. The capacity and stroke pitch can be adjusted steplessly based on the product size. Scrap dough is collected and returned automatically back into mixing. It is also suitable for low-gluten products. The dough is extruded through a nozzle with a rotating portioning blade. The rotating blade cuts the dough into pieces. The capacity and piece weight can be adjusted steplessly, and the accuracy is excellent.
