Mackinac Island provides a beautiful setting for a picnic! The many
miles of bike paths and scenic shores offer a “grand” opportunity to
relax and enjoy the outdoors. Take a bicycle and explore the many
sites of Mackinac or just find a secluded spot and let the world go by.
Or, by taking a box luncheon with you on your departure day, you
can extend your visit. Brighten your trip home with a noontime feast
that will bring back fond memories of your visit to Grand Hotel.
Delicious picnic lunches are available to guests of Grand Hotel at a
modest charge.
Please give this order to the Maître d’Hôtel in the Dining
Room by 9:00 p.m. the night before your picnic. Pick up
your luncheons the following morning from the Maître
d’Hôtel at the entrance of the Main Dining Room.
