FOXTEL FROM TELSTRA
On 1 March 2013 we’re making adjustments to the pricing,
packages and channels available on your Foxtel from Telstra
service – to help us keep bringing you the hottest programs
and world class entertainment.
The following price and product
changes will apply from 1 March 2013.

Minimum cost for new Foxtel from Telstra customers with Telstra HomeLine® Plus fixed line service (an extra $33.95/mth) and $100 standard metro installation fee is:
1. Platinum – $1,863.40 over 12 months ($146.95); 2. Platinum iQ – $2,021.40 over 12 months ($155.95/mth); 3. Platinum HD – $2,141.40 over 12 months ($165.95/mth).
Value Packages and Non iQ Value Packages
The Non iQ Value Packages listed in the table below are currently not available to new customers or existing customers not already
on these packages. From 1 March 2013 the remaining Value Packages listed in the table will also no longer be available to new
customers and existing customers will no longer be able to move onto these packages. If you are on one of these packages and
you make a change to your service from 1st March 2013, your package will no longer be available. However, you will be able to
move to a Platinum Pack or tailor a package to suit your needs with our BYO options.

These Packs are not currently available for new customers to join or for existing customers to move to.
If you are already subscribed to one or more single movie tiers, you will either:
•move to Movies & Premium Drama between 2 March & 6 April; or
•remain on your current single movie tier or tiers for now, and move to Movies & Premium Drama if you make a change to your
Package in future.

SERVICE FEES
The maximum Early Cancellation Fee (ECF) you are required to pay if you cancel your Foxtel from Telstra service before the end
of your minimum term will increase from $290 to $300. The ECF will be the subscription fees for the Essentials package ($47),
multiplied by the number of whole months remaining in your minimum term, to a maximum of $300. This change will not apply
to you if your Foxtel from Telstra service is part of a Telstra Home Bundle (eg. a T-Bundle Entertainer plan).
