FINNISH BROWNIES (30 pieces) 200 grams butter 3 1/2 deciliters coffee 5 deciliters wheat flour 3 deciliters sugar 4 table spoons cocoa powder 2 tea spoons vanilla sugar 3 eggs Frosting 75 grams butter 3/4 deciliters coffee 6 deciliters icing sugar 3 table spoons cocoa powder Decoration colourful sweet granules Make strong coffee. Take a kettle and measure butter and coffee into the kettle. Boil them up and then allow to cool to lukewarm. Measure the dry ingredients in a bowl. Stir the fat blend in it. Whisk the eggs into the mixture with a wooden spoon. Spread the dough onto the baking paper on a baking tray and bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes. Allow to cool. Prepare the frosting. Boil fat and coffee in a kettle. Combine the icing sugar and cocoa powder together. Strain the mixture to a kettle and stir until the frosting is smooth. If necessary, add powdered sugar to get the right thickness. It should be thick but smooth. Spread the icing over the cooled brownie. Decorate with colourful sprinkles, chocolate crumbs or sweets or dried coconut. Cut the brownie into slices or squares. Enjoy it! Yummy, yummy… .
