Cost Anyone grades K-5 Hilltop Community Church/ youth building (next to SLHS) Saturday February 6TH 1:00-4:30 $35 (+$25 for each additional sibling) (this includes poms for girls, megaphones for boys, and a SNACK) *Learn cheers, band dance, and jumps. *Craft time*Perform at SLHS during the Girls Varsity ½ time. (Game starts at 4:00- Your family will be admitted at no cost.) Please fill out a registration form on the back of this form. Mail it with your payment or drop it off at the school between 8-4 Mon.-Fri. Registration received after Friday January 29th will be accepted, but participant will not be guaranteed cheer accessories. Wear athletic shoes and a white, navy or maroon shirt. Hair must be pulled back and for safety purpose no jewelry or gum is permitted. I accept and assume any and all risks associated with his/her attendance and participation in the clinic and its activities.
