Erica Sosna is a coach, consultant and author specialising in 21st century career
development. With a background in diversity, women in leadership, culture change
and employee engagement, Erica brings a wealth of experience and innovative
perspectives to her clients. Erica offers a number of online and face-to-face
programmes in her career coaching methods and offers consulting and advice on
career journey, 21st
​​century skills and the use of story and narrative.
Her first book, Your Life Plan, was published by Wiley in 2014. Erica’s clients
include: PayPal, Aspen Insurance, Benson Elliott, Channel 4, Teach First, AXA
Group, University of London, Fujitsu and Bristol Myers Squibb. Outside of work,
Erica enjoys theatre improv, storytelling, dance and nurturing her garden.
