Our Summer Activities are open
to children from all schools.
The course has been designed to cater for pupils in
2015/16 school years 3-9.
All lead staff will be qualified teachers who have
considerable experience in a wide range of subjects, or
staff with activity specific qualifications. Assisting them
will be current members of our sixth form and recent
leavers. Qualified first aiders and lifeguards will be on
duty throughout.
Children can be signed up for anything from a single
day, to the full eight weeks. Children are welcome to
attend as many weeks as they wish.

attach the ‘Day Booking Form’ to your enrolment from.

All activities are based at King Henry VIII School,
Laser Quest or Sky Dome. Transport between
sites will be by minibus.

Please note that this is for 5 consecutive
days and does not apply across
weeks.
Activities now begin at 9.15am each morning, however staff
will be available to supervise your child from 8.00am at no
extra cost.
An aftercare service will be available 4.30-5.30pm at an
additional charge of £18 per week or £4.50 per day.

it to the Sports Centre Office at King Henry VIII
School. If you require individual days, rather

– or pick up a hard copy from the Sports Centre.
A range of unstructured activities will be on offer during
these sessions.
Please note that additional charges will be applied for late
collection.

We offer a wide range of sporting activities each day,
making full use of the extensive facilities at King Henry
VIII School. We also aim to offer a variety of non-sporting
activities of a creative nature. Further details of the
programme will be published closer to the time. Please
note at the time of print no activities are confirmed and are
subject to numbers attending.
Parents wishing to enroll their child for a one week block are
entitled to the week booking discount, please see prices above.
Parents booking any sessions from week 1 to week 4
before Friday 1st July, with full payment, will receive a 15%
discount from their pre-booked sessions. Parents booking
any sessions from week 5 to week 8 before Friday 29th July,
with full payment, will receive a 15% discount from their
pre-booked sessions.

The organizers reserve the right to cancel up to two weeks before if numbers do not reach the minimum requirements,
in which case a full refund will be made.
Coventry School Foundation does not insure pupils against illness, theft or loss of personal effects. However the
Foundation has cover in respect of normal claims arising under the terms of its Public Liability Policy.
Refunds will usually only be considered due to serious illness or injury, and when supported by a Doctor’s note.

Mobile phones, music players and portable gaming devices are brought at the owner’s risk
and must not be used during organized activities.
Parents must sign their child in and out at the Sports Centre Reception in the Swimming Pool building. If a
child is to be collected by anyone other than parent/guardian please inform the staff on duty when signing
in. Parking is available in the main playground off Spencer Road.
