Ordering and Shipping
Please read the following pages carefully.
Ordering
Orders may be placed with SalonQuip by fax, phone, mail or online. Goods may
also be purchased at our showroom in Dandenong South.
Customers - PLEASE state your customer number when ordering to ensure
accurate & prompt delivery of your goods. Handling and dispatch of your order
may be delayed if your customer data file is unable to be clearly identified.
Save yourself time in ordering by stating the product code for each item - this will
help us to pick and pack the goods that you want efficiently and correctly. Product
Codes must be stated in faxed orders.
Wholesale prices shown in this price list include GST. Prices are subject to change
without notice.
Errors and omissions included.
Delivery and Freight Charges* (Including GST)
Orders placed before 12 noon on our trading days are usually dispatched but not
delivered on the same day. Delivery times/day depend on the courier company
schedule for your area on delivery day. Goods are not left without a receiver
signature without your authorization. We do not accept liability for loss of or
damage to goods left on your authority.
We may be obliged to pass on to you any charge(s) for ‘attempted deliver’ that we
are charged by the courier company because they have called and no-one was
there to sign for the goods. To avoid this happening you must advise us when you
register if your business is closed at any time 8:30am-5:30pm Mon-Fri.

Trading Terms and Conditions
SalonQuip shall only supply goods to you on the following terms and conditions
unless we agree, in writing, to vary these terms and conditions:
4.2 We will not accept returns of goods any later than fourteen days (14) after the
date of the invoice.
4.3 Returned goods must be accompanied by a photocopy of the invoice relating
to them.
4.4 We will not accept returns of goods that are not in the same condition as when
supplied.
4.5 Should you return goods not subject to clauses 4.1- 4.3 (a ) we may require
you to pay in full for the goods; (b) we may charge a restocking fee of 20% on all
returns of goods supplied as ordered but returned later than 14 days after date of
invoice.
4.6 We will not be liable for claims under warranty unless you provide our invoice
as proof of date of purchase.
1 Payment
1.1 Full payment is required before an order is processed unless prior approval for
credit facility has been granted.
1.2 Approved credit customers are liable for payment in full by the date specified
on the invoice.
1.3 Invoices are sent with delivery of goods.
2 Products and Prices
2.1 Our prices and/or products are subject to change without notice.
2.2 You will be invoiced for goods at prices current at the date of dispatch.
2.3 You agree that goods which are in pack multiples will be supplied to you only in
pack multiples.
2.4 You agree that the minimum order to be placed and paid by credit card which
we shall accept will be $20.00.
2.5 We reserve the right to specify a minimum order value which we shall accept.
2.6 We will not be liable for incorrect supply of products ordered when product
codes are not stated.
2.7 Additions to orders will be treated as separate orders. You will receive a
separate invoice, dispatch and freight charge once the initial order has been
packed and processed.
5 Retention of Title
5.1 You acknowledge that the ownership of goods delivered by us to you is
transferred to you only when you have paid all sums owing to us on any account
whatsoever.
5.2 Until such time as you have paid all sums owing to us, we have the right to
call for or recover the goods at our option ( for which purpose our employees or
agents may enter your premises ) and you are obliged to deliver up the goods if so
directed by us.
5.3 You agree to keep the goods in a fiduciary capacity for us until such time as
ownership is transferred to you.
3 Delivery and Handling
6 Credit Account Facility
3.1 Dispatch of goods is normally by contract carrier or by Australia Post, however,
we reserve the right to deliver goods by any other reasonable means. You have
the option of arranging for collection of the goods at your cost.
3.2 SalonQuip does not control the days or times that the couriers may deliver.
Couriers may deliver anytime during 8.00am – 5.00 pm business hours MondayFriday. You agree that you will advise us in writing of changes of address or
opening hours at the time of ordering.
3.3 If you or your agent will not be at your delivery address at any time during
delivery hours, you must provide SalonQuip with Authority To Leave (ATL) for the
courier to leave without someone signing. Extra charges may be incurred if the
courier cannot deliver at one attempt.
3.4 We will not be liable for damage to or loss of goods left on your instructions at
your unattended delivery address.
3.5 You agree that you will be responsible for all delivery costs unless otherwise
stated. We reserve the right to recover from you any extra delivery costs incurred
when a futile delivery attempt is made because your premises were not open at
the time.
3.6 Deliveries by Australia Post are subject to Australia Post terms and conditions.
3.7 A packing and handling fee is additional when using your own courier or freight
account.
6.1 We reserve the right to withdraw your credit account facility without notice
to you if you do not comply with our trading terms and conditions as they are
communicated to you from time to time.
6.2 Your credit account facility is not transferable to another person or legal entity.
You must advise us in writing if your business is sold, begins to trade under
another name or at another address or your interest in it is otherwise changed. You
remain liable for any charges to your account until we receive your written advice.
6.3 We reserve the right to request appropriate personal identification from you or
your agent before you or your agent collect goods charged to your credit account.
7 Jurisdiction
7.1 You agree with us to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of
Victoria and the Federal Court of Australia and the Federal Magistrates’ Court of
Australia and agree that any legal proceedings may be heard in those Courts.
8 Clerical errors
8.1 We reserve the right to correct any clerical errors.
9 SalonQuip
9.1 SalonQuip means Tamor Nominees Pty Ltd ( A.C.N. 005 146 618 ) trading as

4 Returns
4.1 We will not be liable to rectify incorrect supply of goods or damage to goods
unless you advise us within 48 normal business hours Monday-Friday) of taking
