Various groups have been established to share information and address
community and industry concerns in the Three Creeks area. This document
provides an overview of the purpose for the groups, their current members, and
the relationships among them.
Facilitators have been engaged for Working Groups and the Multi-stakeholder Air

inclusive processes, and will not advocate for any outcome or decision for the
technical matters being discussed. The facilitation support will include:
• Preparing a draft agenda for each meeting;
• Preparing meeting notes;
• Tracking action items;
• Summarizing the results of discussions during meetings, and noting areas
of agreement and disagreement;
• Contributing process ideas and options for the groups to consider, and
remaining neutral on decisions taken by the groups;
• Engaging in dialogue with group members outside of meetings, as
appropriate, to share information, build understanding of various
perspectives and advance the process; and,
• Providing advice and drafting documents to support stakeholder
engagement and communication.
