Kevin Fitzpatrick joined BayCoast Bank with almost 10 years of experience in loan closings,
designing and implementing special portfolio programs and working closely with first-time
homebuyers. Prior to joining BayCoast Bank, Fitzpatrick was a Residential Loan Originator
with The Community Bank, now part of Eastern Bank, in Brockton.
As a Mortgage Officer, Kevin will be responsible for originating residential loans, including
working with first-time homebuyers, and handling residential investment properties. He concentrates on building loan relationships in Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Kevin attended Merrimack College in North Andover, MA, where he studied Business Administration. In the past, he was involved with the Brockton Housing Partnership, which is an
alliance of local community lenders and affiliated non-profits with a focus on both workforce
housing and financial literacy. Kevin currently resides in Taunton, MA.
