Winemaking Notes
The Jack Tone Vineyards [red wine] is a beautiful blend of Syrah and Petite Sirah. In future years,
the blend may include Petit Verdot and Zinfandel, as well. We've decided to maintain the wine with
a Non Vintage status to give us freedom to back blend from vintage to vintage in order to maintain
continuity between production years.
Tasting Notes
Medium Garnet in color, the Jack Tone Vineyards Red Wine fills your olfactory sense with dark berry fruit and
creamy soft Vanilla notes. Deeper contemplation reveals hints of sweet tabacco leaf. The wine enters the mouth
and a richness is immediately noticed, the wine remains soft and round. Blackberry, Mocha and Milk Chocolate are
the predominate flavors.

Winemaking Notes
Our initial White Wine Bottle Blend is a blend of Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay and Muscat. In future
blends, we may see a small amount of Viognier, as well. We have maintained a "Non Vintage"
status with the wine in order to give us the freedom to "back blend" between vintages to maintain
continuity and consistency.
Tasting Notes
he 2010 Jack Tone White Wine is light straw in color. The nose is a cornucopia of fruit that includes Peach, Pear,
Lemon and Lime. Rich, full and creamy describe the tactile sensation of the wine in the mouth. Flavors of sweet
Pear and Apple mingle with citrus notes.
