To solubilize Coelenterazines (native and -H)
1) Add 1.0 mg of Coelenterazine (native or -H) (10 mg) to a vial.
2) Add 5.0 mL of alcohol of choice (methanol or ethanol). Stir or sonicate for at 15-30 minutes to
dissolve.
3) Protect from light, air, and calcium/magnesium ions.
