Users can click on “View” to quickly access the related test information. The “Add Date” is the original test creation date within the Laboratory Test Information Guide. All Requisitions: provides users with an alpha-numerical listing of all tests that require a requisition. Users can quickly access the requisition by selecting “View” and then clicking on “Download Requisition Form”.
