PROPOSITION A
Shall the Board of Education of the Central R-III
School District of St. Francois County, Missouri,
borrow money in the amount of Four Million
Dollars ($4,000,000) for the purpose of providing
funds for the construction, equipping and
furnishing of a library media center, kitchen, and
office complex at Central Elementary School; the
construction, equipping and furnishing of an
industrial arts building and classroom addition at
Central Middle School; and issue bonds for the
payment thereof resulting in an estimated
increase to the debt service property tax levy of
$0.1400 per one hundred dollars of assessed
valuation? If this Proposition A is approved and
Proposition B fails, the adjusted debt service levy
of the School District is estimated to increase from
$0.9205 to $1.0605 per one hundred dollars of
assessed valuation of real and personal property.
If this Proposition A and Proposition B are both
approved, the adjusted debt service levy of the
school district is estimated to increase from
$0.9205 to $1.0905 per one hundred dollars of
assessed valuation of real and personal property.

PROPOSITION B
Shall the Board of Education of the Central R-III
School District of St. Francois County, Missouri,
borrow money in the amount of One Million Four
Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,400,000) for the
purpose of providing funds for the site
development, construction, equipping and
furnishing of a new all purpose football stadium; to
the extent funds are available, to complete
renovation and repair improvements at Central
Elementary School or the Middle School; and
issue bonds for the payment thereof resulting in
an estimated increase to the debt service property
tax levy of $0.0300 per one hundred dollars of
assessed valuation? If this Proposition B is
approved and Proposition A fails, the adjusted
debt service levy of the School District is
estimated to increase from $0.9205 to $0.9505
per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation of
real and personal property. If this Proposition B
and Proposition A are both approved, the adjusted
debt service levy of the school district is estimated
to increase from $0.9205 to $1.0905 per one
hundred dollars of assessed valuation of real and

Proposition KIDS
Shall the School District of the City of De Soto,
Jefferson County, Missouri Board of Education
borrow money in the amount of Nine Million Five
Hundred Thousand Dollars ($9,500,000), resulting
in no estimated increase to the debt service
property tax levy, for the purpose of providing
funds for the site development, construction,
equipping and furnishing of a new cafeteria at the
secondary campus by connecting the high school
and junior high school buildings and a new
gymnasium, classrooms, and library at Vineland
Elementary; to convert the existing library at
Vineland Elementary into classrooms; to complete
other renovations, repairs and security system
improvements to the existing facilities of the
District including heating, ventilation and air
conditioning upgrades at Athena Elementary; and
issue bonds for the payment thereof? If this
proposition is approved, the adjusted debt service
levy of the School District is estimated to remain
unchanged at $0.8707 per one hundred dollars of
assessed valuation of real and personal property.

SCHOOLS
Shall the Board of Education of the Farmington
R-7 School District of St. Francois County,
Missouri, without a planned increase in the current
debt service property tax levy, borrow money in
the amount of Twenty Eight Million Dollars
($28,000,000) for the purpose of improving
student safety and completing instructional
facilities upgrades, maintenance, repairs,
renovations, and improvements to existing
facilities of the District including: repairing or
replacing roofs; upgrading heating, ventilation and
air conditioning (HVAC) systems; safety and
security system enhancements with modified
secure front entries, replacing exterior/interior
doors and windows, and updating playgrounds for
increased safety and mandated Americans with
Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance; upgrading
kitchen equipment and elementary/middle school
gym floors; increasing instructional technology for
students; safety, security and communication
equipment upgrades; resurfacing selected parking
lots; the site development, construction, equipping
and furnishing of a new Early Childhood Center;
addition of classrooms at Farmington Middle
School and Roosevelt Elementary School;
gymnasium, science labs, band/choir space and
tennis courts at Farmington High School;
purchasing new buses; to acquire additional land
for district use; and issue bonds for the payment
thereof? If this proposition is approved, the
adjusted debt service levy of the School District is
expected to remain unchanged at $0.90 per one
hundred dollars of assessed valuation of real and
personal property.
