Changing Stamps
Tips, Tricks and
Troubleshooting
Remove stamp sheets from wheel
Make sure to remove the stamp sheet
from the wheel after use. If stamp
sheets are stored on the wheel, they
may become unusable.
Remove wheel
from base
Grip each side of the
stamp wheel and pull to
remove from base. Then
pull the knobs on each
side to open the wheel.
Insert stamp sheet
Close and lock
Select a stamp sheet and
hook the holes onto the
notches inside the wheel.
Wrap the stamp sheet
around the wheel and
hook the holes onto the
other side.
Close and lock the wheel
by pushing the knobs in
on each side. Replace
the wheel in the base.
Changing ink cartridges
Center the stamp
Make sure the stamp sheet is
centered on the wheel and not on
the edge before use.
Prevent distortion
Make sure the stamp sheet is
stretched evenly over the wheel to
prevent distortion of the designs.
Smooth out the stamp at the closure
point, and make sure there is some
additional slack at the hinge before
closing the stamp wheel. Once the
stamp wheel is closed, smooth out
the stamp sheet again.
Be gentle
Be careful not to pull too hard when
putting on and taking off the stamp
sheets to prevent the holes that
attach the stamp sheet to the wheel
from tearing.
Insert cartridge
Lock into place
Select ink level
With ink cartridge cover
on top, insert the knobs
into the correctly sized
notches in the base until
they click into place.
Remove the cover and
tilt the ink cartridge
toward the stamp until
it clicks into place.
For light ink, tilt the ink
cartridge toward the
stamp until it clicks once.
Medium ink: click twice.
Dark ink: click three times.
Cleaning
To clean, remove the ink cartridge
from the wheel and roll the stamp on
a piece of paper or over a sponge.
Secure the ink lid
Make sure the lid is securely fastened
to the ink cartridge to prevent the ink
from drying out.
